The Pennsylvania LIFE – Pennypack Center provides all-inclusive care programs (PACE) for older adults. The 26,000 s.f. Center can serve up to 740 older adults annually. The Center is a partnership between NewCourtland Elder Services and InnovAge. The LIFE Center includes multiple day rooms; a physical therapy area; a primary care clinic; dental care; am exercise room and two shaded outdoor patios.

The patio for independent older adults features a pergola providing shade, a large water feature, bar-b-que grill, various seating areas and sensory plantings to attract nature throughout the patio area. The Memory Care Garden offers a shade covered area for sitting, a water feature, birdhouses, mailbox, sensory non-toxic plantings and walking paths for exercise and spending time in nature. Each garden is enclosed with a decorative eight-foot-high fence for privacy and protection and provides rubber surface walking paths for comfort and safety.
