The addition to the Healthcare Residence at Meadowood CCRC created an enclosed courtyard area. The building configuration provided an opportunity to create a safe enclosed therapeutic setting for the residents of the community.

The Woodland Garden has been the source of stories about the frogs that mysteriously appeared, birds building nests in the trees and how many fish are living on the pond. Residents have used the garden to have parties, entertain friends and family members, take grandchildren for walks and to paint pictures, among many other activities.
