The addition to the Healthcare Residence at Meadowood CCRC created an opportunity to develop a special Woodland Garden. This newly enclosed area has provided a setting that is filled with woodland plantings. The pond and waterfall has become a destination by members of the community-at-large. Residents will leave their windows open to listen to the frogs during the spring and summer months. One resident has painted several pictures of the garden. Horticultural Therapy activities take place in the garden. This outdoor room has become a vital part of the community, providing a wealth of activities for all of the residents.
